The radio was not fixed as requested, it keeps cutting out, losing signal and then doesn't resume. The dash cam was disassembled and left in the drinks holder with no explanation. I didn't request any work on the dash cam.

Everyone is helpful and very polite. It is a good experience. Your coffee is good too!! The problem is resolved and you kindly put some petrol is to test the filler cap problem thank you.

liked the ease of checking in and collection however when I collected my car I was a little disappointed that there were dirty hand marks over the inside of both doors and the seat and leaver.

Only issue is that it appears that the battery for my MINI ONE convertible is no longer available as a lead acid and has to be an AGM even though it is not a stop start. Rose managed to discount the price.

I have never had any problems or issues with the servicing of my car which Mini Norwich have looked after for several years. Any additional items that need replacing were discussed before the repair and completed at the same time

MOT and software update (due to recall) expected 1/2 day, ended up in for 3 days! I had to collect (1.5 hour round trip) in 2 cars on a Friday pm despite a promise the car would returned home. Drove away unaware reset had lost all my set up details.

Service was swift however the online booking hadn't worked and therefore I had to book my car in again when I arrived. This meant that I couldn't have a new tyre fitted as I had pre-ordered this when booking online but wasn't in stock on service day.

The work was done quickly & the free clean was appreciated. Rose on reception was very helpful even offering for herself or Tom to drop some touch up paint off at my address to save me either the postage or a 40 min drive to collect it.

I asked for windscreen washer to be checked as spray was over to passenger side. I was advised new washer required at a cost of approx £116. On arriving home I told my husband who had a look and rectified issue for me at no cost!!!

The staff deserve a 5 rating. However, the waiting area for customers was dreadful. Dirty floor, dirty tables, threadbare carpet, uncomfortable chairs with ingrained dirt and tears in the upholstery. So bad I took pictures if you want to see them!

No loan car availability for 6-8 weeks. This is disappointing, then on the day of repair the loan car was not put on charge so after waiting 8 weeks there still was not a car available. Service team where friendly and a tried to be helpful.
