All the info regarding financial was wrong . When I picked up the car there was 3 scratches . I was due to get a £1500 cash back on buying the car and trading in my mini convertible. Money isn't received and scratches not resolved no one answers emal

Staff courteous and helpful, but the parts delivery service was beyond woeful and totally unsatisfactory. Mechanic carried out work in accordance with the diagnostic equipment and fault displayed in the car. However the car still has a fault!!!

Paris was very polite, professional and easy to talk to. The MOT information was feedback well. Paris was able to help me with an early 'key drop off' which accommodated my needs to get a lift to work.

The technical service side is very good. However whenever we come for a service at the Norwich dealership we find the coffee machine is either not working or doesn't dispense coffee with milk. Also the ladies or gents toilets were out of action.

On previous occasions my dash cam was disconnected and not reconnected. I was not concerned then but my second service and mot it was disconnected again but I did not realise it had been disconnected till three days later.

Friendly staff, timely completion inc sourcing new tyres, & kept informed of progress. Only reason not 5/5 is that one of the fault messages on the car could not be identified and therefore unresolved (raised as an issue on previous visit too)

I asked for a valuation and this wasn't given. I also requested a hire car, but an enterprise rental was booked and I waited for half an hour for that to arrive, and then was told I had to go with them to their office to pick up a car.
