After my tyre burst I was taken to a1 mini only to find that the service dept didn't open on a Sunday and in the Monday they didn't have my tyre and it took them until Tuesday to fix it On the plus side when I arrived there a lovely young man greetei

All helpful and polite. Issue was dealt with (I hope) beyond warranty period as I notified mini of the issue as soon as it happened but was out of the country at the time. Very happy with this agreement and understanding.

I was told that all checks had been carried out for heating problems. No-one checked the coolant! When I did after your investigation it was completely empty! I was informed I could possible face an expensive bill of around £2k to repair heater!!!

Unfortunately the incorrect part was delivered to the centre which resulted in the vehicle remaining there over the weekend, hence not five stars. However the technician (Thomas) and front of house staff at the Centre were excellent.

The service (MOT) was handled fine. The staff we dealt with when booking and when coming in were very good. My only criticism is that my car had a complimentary wash but looked worse than when it came in due to a dirty cloth being used to wipe it.
