We had incredible service from George Boulter from the first phone call to the car handover. His attention to detail and communication exceeded our expectations. We highly recomended MINI and George inparticular.

Tom. Tom is the reason. He was helpful, personable and incredibly knowledgable. He didn't pressure us at all. He stayed consistent and helpful throughout our build and collection of our car. As I'm sure he will remain in future.

Tom Smith, the salesman, is the jewel in the crown. His interpersonal skills are excellent. He is knowledgeable, patient, a great listener and so incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much for him. Importantly he treated me as a valued customer

They started and finished on time. The waiting area is comfortable and the lady on the service desk (I think Georgie but may be wrong) is always incredibly polite and helpful and keeps you updated on progress - she really deserves extra praise.

George Patrick was incredibly helpful and efficient from our first conversation. From that conversation to the handover of keys was 2 weeks and he made possible what I thought was the impossible! He really was brilliant

There was a note that said the customer says she have a service package but there is no evidence of it. I do have a service package that I bought at the same time as I bought the car. i assume was not meant to see this. It was so rude.

The service I received from the point of booking the vehicle in and throughout the repair I was made to feel at ease and kept up to date on the vehicles progress. Very quick and efficient service from start to finish.

I have been going to the Mini Centre for 10 years for service and MOT, always had good service, and car is washed and valeted what a good thing to be offered, when I need to replace car will have a Mini again, My husband has also purchased a Mini too
