I had two minor faults after three hours only one fault rectified, the other parts ordered. Ironically I had attended the dealership three days prior, had a technician had a quick look as I requested. Parts could have been ordered both jobs done.

Need tobpay the core spring by myself. Sale said that the warranty is include all the mechanic parts. He didn't said that my car is over 8 years cannot accept. It is main dealer warranty. I just buy the car four months ago.

Initial indication at time of booking that appointment would last 1hr 30 minutes. On arrvaI was told it would take between 2 and 2hours 30 minutes too late to change arrangements which I had made. It actually took the full 2hr 30 min

Very good and effective service from Georgina Miller. But disappointed that it is taking too long to reimburse the cost of the Mini Connect thst is part of the conditions of purchase. This was agreed by Chris Poledino on the 15 September.

I was satisfied with the MOT however, despite informing the Centre when I was asked when I dropped the car off that I needed it back by 3pm when I returned at that time i was informed that it wasnt ready and had to wait for an hour.

Georgie on the Service desk was friendly and helpful in keeping us updated. The technician completed a vehicle health check and sent a video which showed a tyre that was faulty. This was replaced at a cost that was very competitive.

When I check my Mini in at BMW, I saw Tom (who was standing outside) and offered me to go over to mini. When we saw him at Mini he offered me a hire car to use whilst my car was having the MOT. Tom is so friendly and always offers exceptional service

Usually the service is brilliant but I booked a car for the day and it wasn't explained that there would be a charge, the implication was that it was a courtesy car. Then I was asked if I'd like the car washed and I said yes but it wasn't washed.

The new dash cam fitted was found to be faulty and required to be replaced. The replacement is satisfactory. Georgina Miller did a fantastic job reassuring us and promising to resolve any future problems should they occur.

Firstly no one offered me a drink. After 90 minutes I checked on the progress of my cars MOT as was booked for a sit and wait to be told the system had gone down. I could not be told how much longer I would have to wait so had to leave. No MOT.

They leant a car to allow us to return home while servicing.. although we did have to pay plus petrol! Previous shorter visits have required a wait of an hour or so and the black decor and outside traffic noise is unwelcome and stressful.
