Easy booking for service. Use of video clip to show health check on vehicle. Clear guidance for my options without hard sell. Service completed within suggested timeframe and vehicle washed and vacuumed.

Georgie on the Service desk was friendly and helpful in keeping us updated. The technician completed a vehicle health check and sent a video which showed a tyre that was faulty. This was replaced at a cost that was very competitive.

Generally pleased. 4 stars as I had asked for the complimentary car clean, I was told on the phone that this had been done but when I collected my car it had not been cleaned. Informed service receptionist who apologised. Valet had stated it was done

Ok, the stars aren't working. Im trying to press 4 stars. At the time I was very satisfied with the experience but the following day I noticed some damage to my bonnet. It's too late to question it and I'm not sure when it happened.

When I check my Mini in at BMW, I saw Tom (who was standing outside) and offered me to go over to mini. When we saw him at Mini he offered me a hire car to use whilst my car was having the MOT. Tom is so friendly and always offers exceptional service

Our Mini was fully checked and passed on everything- A replacement part was ordered and fitted for a separate issue and we were kept fully informed on progress and are very happy with repair. Great service.

The new dash cam fitted was found to be faulty and required to be replaced. The replacement is satisfactory. Georgina Miller did a fantastic job reassuring us and promising to resolve any future problems should they occur.

Usually the service is brilliant but I booked a car for the day and it wasn't explained that there would be a charge, the implication was that it was a courtesy car. Then I was asked if I'd like the car washed and I said yes but it wasn't washed.

Firstly no one offered me a drink. After 90 minutes I checked on the progress of my cars MOT as was booked for a sit and wait to be told the system had gone down. I could not be told how much longer I would have to wait so had to leave. No MOT.

they said they are gonna give me a complimentary hoover inside the car and a bit of a clean outside... they didn't! don't offer and promise if you intend not to fulfill it. integrity goes a long way. apart from that, car service is ok though.

They leant a car to allow us to return home while servicing.. although we did have to pay plus petrol! Previous shorter visits have required a wait of an hour or so and the black decor and outside traffic noise is unwelcome and stressful.

The service team were extremely helpful after I purchased a Mini a couple of months earlier from the sales team, unaware that a major service was due very quickly. They serviced the car without charge and restored my faith in the Centre.

Despite my Mini being an old model, I was greeted as I had been when I owned my BMW's, i.e. very well. The work was diagnosed as requested and a quote received within 2 working days. Work carried out and ready for collection the next day.

The work completed on my car was fine as was drop off and collection but the quotation I received from Melanie at Mini Norwich was less than quoted by Georgie when I checked the car in. I have since been offered £130 discount on a future service.

Car was not washed or valeted after service work. Car was dropped off at 8am & I asked if it could be ready at 1pm. Wasn't even touched at this time and not completed until nearly 5pm. It was a first service, 2 hours max, it could have been ready.

There was a note that said the customer says she have a service package but there is no evidence of it. I do have a service package that I bought at the same time as I bought the car. i assume was not meant to see this. It was so rude.

was booked in for an MOT and opted to wait. was booked in for 10:30 but didn't get car back until 13:00 despite no issues found. Car was returned cleaned though which is always nice but expected to be told of delays as sat in showroom.
